These Terms & Conditions govern your use of JILI66 (jili66ph.com) and every account, deposit, wager, and withdrawal made on our platform. We built JILI66 to give Filipino players a single-wallet home for 1,200+ games, and we ask every player to read these Terms before registering. 1. Introduction & Acceptance
We operate JILI66 under the PAGCOR framework for the Philippine market. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Player,” “you”) and JILI66 (“we,” “our,” “the Platform”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account with us, in line with Republic Act 9287 and the PAGCOR mandate for online gaming in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request a valid government ID at any time to confirm your age and identity. Each player may hold only one account. Accounts found to belong to a player under 21, or found to be duplicates, will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register with us, and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts, and we encourage you to enable it. We may suspend or close any account registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information, or any account we reasonably suspect is shared across more than one person, household, or device.
4. Deposits

We present GCash, Maya/Local Bank, and USDT as equal, neutral options — you may choose whichever fits how you already manage your funds. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept credit card deposits. We reserve the right to decline or reverse any deposit that appears fraudulent or that violates these Terms.
5. Withdrawals
We process withdrawals through the same channels we accept for deposit: GCash, Maya, Local Bank transfer, and USDT.

We do not charge a withdrawal fee on standard requests. Before releasing your first withdrawal, we may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), which can include a valid government ID and proof of the payment method used. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are not fixed publicly and may vary by VIP tier; we will communicate any applicable limit to you directly through your account or our support team. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request while verification is in progress or where we suspect a breach of these Terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a verified technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a round, we reserve the right to void that round and refund the wager placed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold related bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content displayed on JILI66 are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of our platform without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party payment providers or network outages. 13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your account, a transaction, or gameplay, we ask that you contact our support team first so we can investigate and resolve the matter directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, we will advise you of the next available escalation step.
14. Anti-Money Laundering
We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and may request proof of identity and, where relevant, source of funds, in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulation. Continued use of JILI66 after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and operate under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any matter not resolved through our support or escalation process will be handled in accordance with Philippine law.

18. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision at a given time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
